关于芝士(Cheese)
Cheese:a type of food made from milk that can be either soft or hard and is usually white or yellow in colour; a particular type of this food .

芝士是根据英文Cheese英译过来的,也叫起司或起士,而Cheese=奶酪=乳酪=干酪,所以生活中常提到的奶酪、乳酪、干酪就是芝士。
1. 新鲜芝士 (Fresh Cheese)
2. 白霉芝士 (White Mould Cheese)
3. 蓝纹芝士 (Blue Mould Cheese)
关于奶油(Cream)
Cream: the thick pale yellowish-white fatty liquid that rises to the top of milk, used in cooking or as a type of sauce to put on fruit.

1. 打发用奶油(whipping cream)
打发用奶油常常用来装饰蛋糕,平时超市里常见的雀巢奶油就是打发用奶油的一种。
